Personal Notes:

After leaving the education field in 2010, I earned my massage certification from ASHA, often referred to as the “Harvard” of massage schools. Their intensive program led to a certification in Swedish, Sports, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Since then, I’ve added certification in Lymphatic, Pregnancy, and Thai Yoga Massage. Each modality offers its own set of benefits and targets a variety of conditions. Having worked in both the spa and clinical settings, I have experience with and knowledge in both relaxing AND healing people from all walks of life.

Whether clients suffer from post-surgical discomfort, chronic or acute pain, sports injuries, generalized soreness, stiffness, or swelling, I’m equipped to address these needs. I look forward to sharing my skills and giving people the tools and information they need to begin or continue their journey to being happier and healthier.
